At Petnua, we work carefully to ensure your dog’s apparel is prepared and delivered in a timely and secure manner. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

I. Order Processing Schedule

Daily Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00), China Standard Time will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Preparation & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5 business days

  • Weekends and public holidays are excluded

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods

II. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or local holidays.

III. Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer Standard Delivery with the following shipping rates:

United States & Canada

  • Orders under $69 USD: Shipping fee $15 USD

  • Orders $69 USD or more: Free shipping

Other International Destinations

  • Orders under $69 USD: Shipping fee $12 USD

  • Orders $69 USD or more: Free shipping

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

IV. Shipping Carriers

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, Petnua partners with reputable international logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Other trusted global carriers

The selected carrier may vary based on destination and operational efficiency.

V. Tracking Information

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active

  • Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination

VI. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are not included in product or shipping prices

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Petnua is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures

VII. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Petnua is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
