III. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Petnua does not charge any restocking fees

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund processing time: within 7 business days after approval
